I just came from the other Batman message board and I found this topic about the Batman reunion movie coming out on dvd. The person that posted it is pretty reliable. He had some info about the airing of the movie, so that's why I'm posting this topic over here.

Here's what he said and I will also supply a link to the post. I might make this post a sticky.

Batcave will be released on DVD and VHS. It should be out in the Fall or early Winter.

I hope the information is true. Even though I taped the movie, it would still be nice to get the DVD for basically just the (hopefully) extras.

Yeah, I taped it too and ditto to the hopeful extras. Hey, isn't that Gilligan's Island tell all movie out on dvd? Did it have a lot of extras? j/w

Do mean "Surviving Gilligan's Island" which premiered in 2001? Because that is currently out on DVD, and it has MANY extras, if you go to www.amazon.com, they list all the features the DVD has to offer.

Yeah, 'Surviving GI'. I noticed Dawn Wells name for the Batcave movie, so maybe we will get a ton of extras. *crosses fingers* Thanks for giving the link, Impressions. :)

I only cared for the parts of the Batcave movie that had the real original Batman tv show actors West, Newmar, and so on. I didn't like the younger actors portraying them.

Same here. My favourite part is when West & Ward entered the bar, and the camera angle started to go crooked, and you knew that a fight was on.
