At first, I wonder why A Different World was on Oxygen. It is not a show just for women. But I think I know why. Oprah owns Oxygen. Oprah loves the show.

And I bet A Different World might have better ratings then the other sitcoms on Oxygen, because it is a show not just for women.

I don't know why it is but TBS stopped showing it though. Is it still in syndication or does Oxygen have it exclusively?

TBS lost the rights to A Different World in December 2002. So now Oxygen has obtained the rights to the show. I think they just want to draw in a larger audience other that just woman, to possibly boost their ratings.

I am glad A Diffrent World is on The Oxygen Network
Iit is a good network to be on.
