Hey Everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me out. You see I was trying to free up some space on my computer one day and by accident it deleted all of my microsoft files, and I can't ge them back. I really need to figure out how to get microsoft word downloaded for a research report that I have to type. I tried going to www.microsoft.com to see if I could find a download for Microsoft Word, but all it does is set up a program that you can use to view microsoft word documents already made. Can someone please help me? I would really appreciate it.:lightb:

Word is something you buy, So you are going to probably have to find your Microsoft Word CD and put it in...

I suggest you download it off Kazaa or WinMx. I mean you owned it technically so I don't see a problem in downloading it off of a file-sharing program. I'm sure someone out there has a copy up for download.

No I don't think so. I am having more problems, you see everytime I download something to try and fix it on KaZaA I can't get the program to come up after I have downloaded it. I am having major problems with this computer.

Hmm.. Did you scan it for a virus to make sure it was clean?

They have a free virus scanner if you want to download one... You usually need a virus scanner as there are thousands of viruses out there especially on file sharing progs...

.......

If you deleted all your Microsoft files wouldn't you have to install your Microsoft OS again?

I'll ask my dad when he gets up. He's more of a computer expert than I. Hell, he's been working with them for over 30 years.

BTW: Check your private messages..
