I saw this episode a few times on TV Land. He just played a minor role for that episode, as a comedian kid. At most he had like 30 seconds of on screen time.

It was episode #81-"Break A Leg, Stephanie" from the fourth season. The episode actually airs on TVLand on August 24 :)
