The coach of the San Antonio Spurs,Gregg Popovich,has won the NBA Coach of The Year. This is the very first time a San Antonio Spurs coach has won this award. I know that the Spurs have a tough road ahead with the Phoenix Suns as their series is tied up 2-2 after the Suns beat the Spurs last night. I look for a game 7 on this one. And my prediction of course is for the Spurs!!! Congratulations, Gregg, on your award!!! Well deserved!!! The Spurs are definitely my favorite NBA team,they have been for a long time. Saw when they won their 1999 NBA World Championship Game where they beat the New York Knicks and David and Tim holding up their trophies!!! Classic stuff!!!

I expected that since the Spurs had the best record in the NBA. It will be a shame if the Spurs don't make it to the second round.
