The Pistons, Nets and Pacers are on their way out the NBA playoff door. I knew extending the playoff format from 5 to 7 games was a good idea because it's a better chance to see upsets. The number one seed Pistons are down 3-1 to the 8th seed Orlando magic. I thought orlando had no chance but they surprised me. Boston has shocked me also-i thought they was going to try and shoot their way to the second round but the Celtics are playing a different way and it's showing by their 3-1 lead. The top seeds in the West maintained their dominance and wasn't really affected by the extension of the playoff format. All top 3 seeds in the West have a lead in their series but we can't say the same about the top three seeds in he East. 3-1, 3-1, and 2-2.
