The banter between the two of them has given me more belly laughs than any other sitcom. Remember when Niles put that tacky plastic lemon tree on the patio outside Maxwell's office and CC is seen smoking a cig out there next to it? Maxwell looks up and out there and says "Niles...get that HIDEOUS thing off the patio." So Niles is all giddy and he opens the glass door and says to CC "Mr Shefffield wants you off the patio!"

There are so many more. This duo is one of the best in comedy in many many years. I love their banter!
