It was on today but I unfortunately missed it.

I love this episode, it was the first I fell in love with Lecy Goranson! I thought it sooo funny when Darlene blew a raspeberry in front of Becky while she was watching TV. Although I admitt Becky was pretty mean to our Darlene in the beginning "You should wear that one it makes you look really nice"-Darlene..."Well If I do it won't be because of you!"-Becky..."I'm Just trying to help"-Darlene..."Well Don't!"-Becky.

The episode where Becky farted (right before her big date!) was hilarious! And it wasn't some kind of gross out humor, they came up with some really funny dialogue about it, like "People are already calling her Conner the Bomber!"
I think Roseanne was the first show that had an entire episode about farting. Today this kind of humor is all over TV. “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” had an episode that was a virtual ripoff of this one (like Becky, Melissa Joan Hart was making a presentation at school and let one rip). On “Sex and the City” Sarah Jessica Parker cut the cheese in her boyfriend’s apartment and said she was “mortified,” which seems like an overreaction. I felt like saying, “Hey, Becky Conner farted in front of the whole student council, and she survived!”

I thought that was one of the funniest episodes aired. I am still laughing right now.

I agree. "Becky...cut...the...chesse" LOL! That was so funny. Also when Dan trys to go up stairs and talk to her he doesn't even get to the first step. That's one of my favorite episodes!

That's so funny! I guess if your embarassed you can put things into perspective by saying that. :lol: Who played Becky's boyfriend in that episode? Jimmy Meltrigger played by Stephen Dorf? I wonder...?
