View Full Version : Bachelor Father: Should this show be on TV LAND? BundyBoy10 04-24-2003, 09:27 PM SEE QUESTION. I say " YES!!!" :) :) Goodnight Gracie 07-06-2003, 02:16 AM Sure why not?? Bentley 07-20-2004, 04:11 PM Don't hold your breath!!! east215 08-27-2004, 11:12 PM I wish it would, but don't think so. TV Land is going the same way as Nick-at-Nite. Since when did "Family Ties" get to be a TV classic? Modern TV classic maybe, as the say on Nick, but not a classic in the true sense of the word, like Lucy, Beaver, etc. Bob's TV Treasures 08-27-2004, 11:34 PM There are over 150 episodes of this show. It's perfect for syndication. However, the last channel to show it, in my recollection, was the now defunct CBN. Mr. Television 08-27-2004, 11:35 PM Yes it should be on TV Land. Starsky's Chick 12-29-2004, 11:13 PM And I say "NO!!!!" Why in the world would we need to see Bachelor Father on TV? Now or ever? Please don't let it happen. Bob's TV Treasures 12-29-2004, 11:42 PM Wow, who put the pepper in your panties??? Starsky's Chick 12-30-2004, 11:25 PM Originally posted by Bob's TV Treasures Wow, who put the pepper in your panties??? John Forsythe. :( Sorry, I'm just not a fan. Moonlight Lady 12-30-2004, 11:38 PM I would love to see this show on TVLand. :) John Forsythe Rocks! JF fan 06-15-2005, 10:56 AM I am a John Forsythe fan, especially in Dynasty. I've seen some of his movies and now I'd like to see Bachelor Father. Although I wish it would come out on DVD, I'd like for it to be shown on TV Land, because all they are doing is showing repeats of the same old stuff people have seen a million times. Tom Munster 11-15-2006, 06:03 PM TV Land needs to get back to their roots of what made it a great channel in the first place: 50's and 60's classic TV!! "Bachelor Father" is a great example of a show that hasn't been seen in ages and there's a new generation of TV viewers who have never seen it. Bentley, Kelly and Peter need to be back on TV. ;) Pitooey 11-15-2006, 06:26 PM I would like to see it. I've never seen the show so it would be interesting. How many times will we see I love Lucy? Give us something new and fresh! Show me the oldies......... :) |
