Bill McNeal gave the eulogy. Of course, it turned out that many more rats were in the office, so the staff had to have another funeral for all the rest. In "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" a co-worker died and Andy and the gang attended his funeral. Jessica was convinced that she killed the man by yelling at him, just before he died.
