I can't name just one...."All for one, two for Helen": Joe spys on Helen and Brian when they go to Boston together. "Is that a Subpoena in your pocket?": Joe takes Helen to court. "Taming of the Shrew": Helen goes to a support group. "Ladies who Lunch": Helen and Gale go to lunch, but Joe and Helen end up kissing. "It's nice to have a Mathers around": Lowell moves in and cooks for Joe and Brian.
OK, I'll stop but I could go on and on....

Any of the above I listed, the one when they went to the condo and got rained in was great as Nantucket_Wing mentioned. So was the one where Joe dates a 19 year old. LOTS of episodes were very funny.

For me it was "Whose Wife is it anyway", that's the episode when Joe proposes to Helen in the elevator. I thought the performances by Crystal and Tim were great.
Which guest actor/actress gave the best preformance?
Tyne Daly as Mimsy was classic. I just saw that episode again on Nick. Kelsey Grammer was also great when he appeared as Frasier.

I really couldn't say, both the wedding proposal episode and the wedding would be high because they were so key to the story line of the show.
