Steve Urkel only said one thing that made me laugh during the entire 9 years the show was on the air. it was in the episode when eddie crash the car through the house and steve took the blame. He was apologizing to Carl for what he did and said

"I'm sorry Carl, I guess i'm just bad, and then Steve stopped crying and stood straight up and said-"BAD TO THE BONE"-LOL LOL-i think i was 13 or 14 when i saw that episode for the first time.
