I'm looking forward to seeing Harriet and Carl on Perfect Strangers so i can compare how they were on both Family Matters and Perfect Strangers.

Then look for the episode where Carl visits Harriette at the Chicago Chronicle. Carl gave Balki copies of the "Wanted" posters he asked for. He kissed Harriette and Harriette talked about tasting the powdered sugar donuts he ate after they kissed.

I can't pin down which episode it is, but that is one of the only times I remember seeing the two together in Perfect Strangers.
