View Full Version : What do you do when you are. . . . Polniaczek033 04-21-2003, 07:55 PM CRYING YOUR EYES OUT AND CAN'T STOP!?!?!?!?!?! I am having serious problems! Mijada 04-21-2003, 08:01 PM I just keep on crying. I'll stop eventually and I usually feel much better afterwards. I don't have really good crys very often, maybe once a year. Titania 04-21-2003, 08:10 PM i take a lot of showers.... seriously, when im really upset i get obsessivly clean. but sometimes you just need to get it out. watch a sad movie or talk to a friend who'll let you just talk/cry. fr00ti 04-21-2003, 08:36 PM I listen to sad country songs. :D (but I do that all the time) *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-21-2003, 09:19 PM Aw, I'm sorry. I hope everything works out! Watch something on tv that'll make you feel better...whether it's sad or happy. Usually happy makes me feel better, like old sitcoms (they are my frikkin medicine lol)...listening to music helps, too...it makes you think I guess. Same goes with me except people sometimes notice that I've been crying and thus I feel like I have to spill the beans. It is another way of getting your troubles at the moment off your chest. Kay Scarpetta 04-21-2003, 09:52 PM I...- 1] Go to sleep. 2] Punch a wall 3] Lay curled up in the fetal position and put on the songs that make me cry. Hollow 04-21-2003, 10:18 PM dude last year i spent 2 or 3 hours bawling for no reason at all...keep crying or going to sleep helps Rockapella722 04-21-2003, 10:41 PM Music REALLY helps. Just get it out. IM me if you need to talk: Rockapella722. ABlairican Pie 04-21-2003, 10:51 PM Originally posted by Polniaczek033 CRYING YOUR EYES OUT AND CAN'T STOP!?!?!?!?!?! I'm sorry you're having troubles and I hope you feel better real soon  ¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 04-21-2003, 11:15 PM To be honest with you, I dont bawl my eyes out often- Ive only done so about 4 times in my life. If anything, I shed a tear. Its weird because I WANT to cry, but the moment I get the urge to, I fight the tears because I refuse to cry. Makes no sense. But yea, if what you're crying about is actually worth crying over (breaking up with your 2 week boyfriend is NOT!!), then just let it all out. ~*Hannah_Lee*~ 04-21-2003, 11:30 PM I put on "Come As You Are." It's my tranquilizer. My nirvana... (haha, I made a funny). But seriously, good music has always helped me out a ton. Christopher 04-22-2003, 12:03 AM Originally posted by Rockapella722 Music REALLY helps. I agree, music is relaxing and it takes your mind away from the troubles in your life. Well for me anyways. I hope you feel better :) DarleneIllyria 04-22-2003, 01:09 AM Music, writing, or getting it all out usually helps me. I've went through so many different highs and lows in my life that I started keeping a diary. I could cry my words into the notebook or just vent about whatever is going on during that time. At times, I just have these moments that I just feel like crying my eyes out and I do that at times. It helps. I'd just drive myself crazy if I kept it all bottled up 24/7. I've tried bottling it up and it just doubles the pain. That's my take on it. AnaheimPMWitch 04-22-2003, 01:19 AM I usually talk it over with a Friend thats willing to listen, Write, or listen to music *PinkLady* 04-22-2003, 04:04 PM I just keep crying until I'm done. Then I turn up some hard-rock music. Works every time. ABlairican Pie 04-22-2003, 10:16 PM Right now, go to the phone, call up the nearest Classic Rock station, and request the LIVE version of "Whammer Jammer/Hard Drivin' Man" by J. Geils Band. If this doesn't make you feel tons better, we've got serious problems. |
