Has anyone ever been to the Moss Beach Distillery Resturant in Northern California? There was a segment about it on UM (the Lady in Blue) and it always fascinated me.

No, but my wife watched Ghost Hunters and they visited the restaurant. The whole restuarant is bugged with planted devices and things. Every "haunting" in the restiarant was proven to be a hoax (at least the ones they found). There were switches in the ceiling to make the lights and fans shake, a mask was put inside a mirror (to give the illusion that somebody is staring back at you when you look into it), a laughing box placed inside a ceiling tile, etc.
