Hi, I did a search for Richard Levin who made a guest appearance on Happy Days who played Melvin Scratch(the devil's nephew) where Chachi dreamt he sold his soul to the devil's nephew to be liked more, and I didn't find much about him.

I searched the Internet Movie Database for information about Richard Levin and he only made 2 movies and 1 guest appearance(in Happy Days). The Internet Movie Database didn't even have his birthday.

If anyone has any information about Richard Levin please let me know. I especially would like to know his birthday, but any information will do.
