My choices:


1st- Gimme A Break
2nd- Diff'rent Strokes
3rd- Facts of Life


Why:

Gimme A Break was family-oriented, and Nell made the show the best in my opinion. The theme song is the best out of these 3 shows, since the show's star sings it.

Diff'rent Strokes was family-oriented, had a catchy theme, and was a good show that kids could watch and love.


Facts was teen-oriented. Therefore, kids may not find things funny or make sense to them. The theme song was catchy, and it was a show about teens growing up.

And I'm not doing this to be the exact opposite, but my order is:

1st Facts of Life (A show my sister and I grew up with)
2nd Diff'rent Strokes (Was funny)
3rd Gimme a Break (Haven't seen in a long while)

1 - "Diff'rent Strokes" - Humor was more over the top and had less serious episodes. Kickin' theme song and funny acting.

2 - "Facts of Life, The" - Tame, but still enjoyable. Another great Alan Thicke-co-made theme song with occasional great episodes and great acting.

3 - "Gimme a Break!" - Never seen it.

That's a hard choice. I really like FOL and DS and it's just hard to label one over the other.

As of right now?

1. Diff'rent Strokes - Grew up watching this show weekdays mornings, and saw it last summer on TNN for the first time in years. Loved it as much at the first day I saw it.

2. Gimmie a Break - Nell was great. It's too bad she recently passed away. :( I loved the episode where she and Thelma Hopkins' character went on Wheel of Fortune and then won a trip to New York. Then they thougth they were being killed. :lol: Haven't seen it since USA though. :(

3. Facts of Life - Eh, I like it, just not as much as the other two. I seen it most recently out of all three, so I'm not craving it as much as the other two.

1- Diff'rent Strokes - like it a lot BETTER than FOL.
2- N/A
3- The Facts Of Life - it's alright but the show should have been cancelled right off the bat.
- Gimme Me A Break- I have never seen it.

1. The Facts of Life - It's a lot better then most shows (but not as good as Buffy :p ) and it teaches kids lessons about life.
