I've been wondering this for a while now. If they were just expecting to be going on a 3 hour tour, how come they have like new clothes in almost every episode? No one that is expecting to go on just a 3 hour tour packs clothes for more than year....

my guess is Ginger was a movie star and proably just felt she NEEDED to bring all her clothse and stuff.mrs. howell is ALWAYS wondering what to wear no matter what so she proably just changed every 5 minutes. :lol: mr howell loves his money and proably just couldn't BARE to leave his money alone for even just 3 hours so he brought it along.Mary ann proably just wanted to bring it along maybe no specific reason.(gilligan and the Skipper don't change that often that's why i didn't mention them) just my thoughts...

Well, treky, in the second color episode, Gilligan DOES fish Mary ANn's swimsuit (when she's doing isotropic exercises in the water to be MISS CASTAWAY!) off! (Don 't worry..Dawn Wells is in the water..no "well" pun intended!)
