Did anyone notice in Season 8 in the opening song when the pictures change of how the actors changed over the years, did anyone besides me see a picture of Sarah Chalke when they did Becky? Isn't it suppose to be Lecy Goranson?

Hes talking about in the 8th season opening credits, it shows everyone changing over time and it shows Becky change from Lecy Goranson to Sarah Chalke to Lecy Goranson again. It was probably for viewers to make a transition from Chalke back to Goranson. Im pretty sure thats why her hair was long at the beginning and then short after a while.

I always thought it was more like a joke. I mean, kind of spoofing Becky's ongoing change. Like the ending of the first episode in Season 8. I thought that was just hilarious!

I loved how "Roseanne" continuously played on the fact that "Becky" kept changing actors. Examples:
Roseanne mentioning to "Luke and Laura" that her daughter[Becky] came back after a year and a half and she barely recognized her...
DJ, older and played by John Goodman, repeats to a psychiatrist years in the future "They say she's the same but she isn't the same..."
The Halloween episode where Sarah Chalke comes back as a trick-or-treater, or she is with one, and Roseanne questions why she doesn't have a nice daughter like her...
When Lecy returns in the Season 8 premiere, Roseanne mentions, and not only Roseanne, "Where the hell have you been?" and then Roseanne says it felt like she had been gone for 3 years...
When Sarah came back for the Disney World episodes, Roseanne says to her "Aren't you glad you're here this week?"
The Bewitched reference and how Sarah says she likes the "second" Darrin much better...
etc...
I just love how they did that. I love all the little inside jokes. Like the one with Roseanne's real husband playing a cop and telling her about going home to "his wife" hehe...
Roseanne is such a classic
