Cashodeen 04-13-2003, 02:55 AM This is a good question. I don't think there is really any sitcom house I'd want to live in--most of them clearly look fake because of the studio.
The Cosby Show house particularly bugs me. Infact, I started a thread about it last night. All in the Family is dreadul.
I remember back when Cybil was on, I really liked that house. Remembering it now, I don't see why. Another studio look. Fudge, I can't think of a house that I would really live in. The Cleaver's homes aren't bad. They look realistic. And their bedrooms are better than mine now. But I'm more into newer looking homes and these are the 50s and 60s. The Wonder Years house is decent. I want a basement like theirs again. :(
Personally, the homes on MTV cribs are my favorite.
But that doesn't count. :D
Penny Lane 04-13-2003, 07:13 PM The Harper House- Mama's Family
*PinkLady* 04-13-2003, 07:33 PM Frankly, all of their houses look confined to me, so I probably wouldn't live in any of them.

Yikes! Yeah, I can't argue with that! I would definitely not want to be there.
Oh yeah, and the Bundy's house sounds pretty horrific, despite the fact their house is nice and clean. How it maintains that way with Peg not cleaning or cooking is unknown. Heh. Still, the Bundys are a riot!

Me Too!:)
And Andy Taylor's house on The Andy Griffith Show!
There's just something I love about big old houses with big front porches!
I wouldn't mind living in the Ingall's house on Little House On The Prairie. Yeah, it's small, but it's cozy! Plus I'd love to have all that land in the country. But since I love big houses, I'd also love to live in the Oleson's house, from the same show. And later on in the series they even got indoor plumbing! Can't beat that!
My favorite is Larry & Jennifer's house towards the end of Perfect Strangers.
BTW, I wish NAN/TV Land would AIR or get the rights to ALL the episodes of the shows they air. How many times can they show the same certain episodes of Perfect Strangers and Soap!!???!?
Ravey 04-15-2003, 04:06 PM I'd want to live in That's So Raven, The Cosby Show, Hangin' With Mr. Cooper, and everything else that Raven has been in.
and I wouldn't want to live in: Three's Company, Different Strokes, or 7th Heaven (defenetly not 7th Heaven, I'd have a freaking annoying family.)

I wouldn't mind living in the Roseanne or Bundy house. They're both nice houses. The more I think about it, the more that those two are great houses. I mean the Bundys obviously don't keep their house that nice, just imagine if you fixed it up nice.
