So basically it's not that bad. The confusion sets in because they do it both ways. If cable stuck with one method instead of each own channel setting their own rules, it's be so much easier. But alas, that's why it's so tough to live out in the west. Desert heat, miles and miles of wide open plains, and screwed up cable tv. ;)

My cousin was in parochial K-6. My uncle pulled her out when he realized she could hardly read. Now she's in public and doing fine.

Public school was the best man! I seriously miss it. The only thing that appealed to me about private school was Eastland Academy.

I remember one time I was in the cafeteria during lunch, sitting with my usual group of friends. So one of them (The foreign exchange student from Italy) asked to take a picture of 'just the girls' sitting at the table. So I agreed, and backed up a bit. Then, me being my usual stupid self, decided to sit down on the table that was behind me. Little did I forget that these cafeteria tables fold in the middle, so the top of the table went into the air, and I went flying to the ground. If you can imagine a triangle, I was at the bottom, falling like 2 feet to the groud. I swear like the whole school saw me.

My face is really oily today. Yuck. And allergies...

It was snowing and the entire lot was covered in snow and I couldn't see the lines, so I decided to park next to someone else so I wouldn't be in the middle. I got a little too close and scraped the side of some dude's truck. My fender folded back and was sticking out. Everyone that found out made fun of me.

I once got my car balanced on top of a rock an couldn't get it unstuck for about an hour. The more I tried to push it off, the bigger a hole was being made in my gas tank without me knowing. Worst night of life. Don't even ask how it happened because it's so complicated and I hardly even remember how, lol.

I swear to God, we're in the same position. The sophomore/junior parking lot is on the side street, so they have another way to get out, but we're stuck using the highway. And there's always heavy traffic at 3. Who would have guessed. :rolleyes: We finally got a stoplight there thought last year, but it doesn't help. You have like 10 minutes of green light on the higway and less than 2 for us.
