I was stuck in a car for 20 hours one time and it was the only CD I liked, so I got hooked.

Of course I rememebr the brain song! I think I have the song on Kazaa, lemme check.

Yep.

Cut the head in half using a band saw and scoop the brains out. Blast the brain out with water or air. Suck the brain out through a hole in the head. What about free speech? What about free speech? What about free speech?

:D I know! I don't even go by the times that they give on the TV,(When they say 8eastern & pacific/7 central), because we're not included! They aren't even right though. But basically cable is set up two different ways here. Let me explain, it shouldn't confuse anyone (Except possibly Crystal :p)

1. Say a program comes on at 8PM Eastern/7PM Central. Some networks, such as Lifetime and TBS, make the slots 8PM East/7PM Cent/6PM Moun/8PM Pac. That way, the first three time zones get to see the show at the same time while the people on the west coast have to wait three hours after it airs in the East to see it.
2. Some networks, such as Disney and TVLand, make the slots 8PM East/7PM Cent/9PM Moun/8PM Pac. Anyone know why we have it at 9? So that the first two time zones, (Eastern and Central), see it at the same time while the last two, (Mountain and Central), have to wait three hours to see it. That's why they do 9PM here, because when it's 9 here, it's 8 on the West Coast, an cable companies want people to see shows at the same time.
3. Primetime is a easy. It's from 7 - 9PM, then news from 9 - 10. Same as Central Time Zone so no confusion there. Good ol' Midwest.

So basically it's not that bad. The confusion sets in because they do it both ways. If cable stuck with one method instead of each own channel setting their own rules, it's be so much easier. But alas, that's why it's so tough to live out in the west. Desert heat, miles and miles of wide open plains, and screwed up cable tv. ;)

I am one of those
Melodramatic fools
Neurotic to the bone
No doubt about it

Sometimes I give myself the CREEPS
Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me
It all keeps adding up
I think I'm CRACKING UP
Am I just PARANOID?
Or am I just STONED

So I'm in Wal-Mart today and there's this woman and her 16 year old daughter with her in front of me. We were going towards the door and when their cart passed through, the sirens went off that they must have stole something. So the woman turns to her daughter and yells into her face"Why does this **** always happen when we're leaving the store?!?!?THIS IS ********!!! And like half the people turned around and started to stare at her.

Which reminds me of that anti-drug commercials from the late 90's. They're drawn really weirdly and show a bunch of kids drawn all distorted. I rememebr one of them saying 'I respect my body man'.Then the last one is an angry dog that says "Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.' Anyone remember it? Or maybe it's just a Chicago thing. Amy?!?

I remember when I was a freshman I had to pay for mine. Paid almost $200 for them. They buy them from you at the end of year, but you only get like 20% back of what you paid. I think it's just a private school thing.

Also, you all took DARE, right? Well does anyone remember that cheesy cartoon they used to show with it? There was the pink rabbit and a bumble bee, and they were the stoners. They tried to get normally dressed kids to do drugs, but they wouldn't do it.

My God, those schools are so behind public schools and the standard is so low. We started using protractors at the end of 8th grade while the public school started all that geometry back in 6th grade. I was valedictorian of my 8th grade class, 1st out of 14. Yea. I've been in public school now for the past 2 1/2 years and enjoyed the freedom of no uniforms, no paying for books, food and drink allowed in class, open campus, free periods, CO-ED education, certified teachers, friendships (more than just saying 'hi' in class), etc...

Yea, ditto.

I remember one time I was in the cafeteria during lunch, sitting with my usual group of friends. So one of them (The foreign exchange student from Italy) asked to take a picture of 'just the girls' sitting at the table. So I agreed, and backed up a bit. Then, me being my usual stupid self, decided to sit down on the table that was behind me. Little did I forget that these cafeteria tables fold in the middle, so the top of the table went into the air, and I went flying to the ground. If you can imagine a triangle, I was at the bottom, falling like 2 feet to the groud. I swear like the whole school saw me.

Eek. I think the worst was when I ran into some kid's car in the parking lot. It was snowing and the entire lot was covered in snow and I couldn't see the lines, so I decided to park next to someone else so I wouldn't be in the middle. I got a little too close and scraped the side of some dude's truck. My fender folded back and was sticking out. Everyone that found out made fun of me.

We're right on the highway. We're in a valley. Mountains to the south of us, mountains to the west of us, mountains to the east of us, plains to the north. It's so....condensed.

I think I'd almost rather have a cornfield.

But being on the highway sucked. We could never get out of the parking lot.

I once got my car balanced on top of a rock an couldn't get it unstuck for about an hour. The more I tried to push it off, the bigger a hole was being made in my gas tank without me knowing. Worst night of life. Don't even ask how it happened because it's so complicated and I hardly even remember how, lol.

I was SOOOOO embarrased. I went into the office to "confess" and I was shaking. I was shaking all through 1st and 2nd periods too until my dad came and calmed me down.

lol It's not that bad, just gets dull to look at all the time.

I swear to God, we're in the same position. The sophomore/junior parking lot is on the side street, so they have another way to get out, but we're stuck using the highway. And there's always heavy traffic at 3. Who would have guessed. We finally got a stoplight there thought last year, but it doesn't help. You have like 10 minutes of green light on the higway and less than 2 for us.
