What Characters did you used to hate, but grew on you?

Mine was Chachi, I used hate him. But now he's one of my all-time-favorites :lol:

Roger and Jenny. Watching the 80s episodes had gotten me to accept and appreciate them.

Roger, at first he seemed to stuck up with whole Yale thing, but eventually I realized that he's such a great character. A bit like Ritchie but not quite as innocent as him. There was definitaly something very sexy about Roger, a certain edge that Ritchie didn't quite possess.

Now, a character that I loved and then hated was Potsie! His character went from being absolutely precious to absolutely annoying and dense!

Probably Al. At first he was just like a replacement to Arnold and i thoughr he was boring. But it didnt take long for me to get used to him. Als a great character.

I hated Roger with a passion.. but you guys knew that.. LOL He is now starting to grow on me some :D

I have to agree here! I think it helped that they made him more 3-dimensional and cut down on the 'yep-yep-yep-yeps' as the series progressed. Still, I have to admit I wasn't all that disappointed when he didn't return for the Final Season!

I hated Roger at first, but I think his character got funnier, or at least I grew to like him more, because now I think he's a great character! :)

At first I hated Ralph cause I thought he was too much of a loudmouth, but now I think he was the funniest one on the show. I also didn't like Al too much either at first, but I really loved him by the time they got to the ones where he married Chachi's mom.

I didn't like Chachi in the early years, but as he got older, taller & had a deeper voice, he was very cute! I like Potsie & Ralph, but when Don Most/Ron Howard left, in wasn't the same w/out them. I liked Roger & Jenny. I luv them all! My faves are: Joanie, Chachi, Fonz & Richie. Then Al, Potsie, Ralph, Leather, Laverne & Shirley. (I know they are from Laverne & Shirley, but they are gr8!)

I didn't like Roger, but I started to like him on the 10th season.
