This is a cool list BTW. I just discovered it. I didn't know this was out there! I have loved Lucy for a long time. Its the last thing I do before I go to bed at night--watch a Lucy episode on TV land. They showed one of my favorite Lucy episodes the other night--Lucy and Ricky try to have a private anniversary celebration without anyone knowing--especially the Mertzes.
But on to my funniest scene...I'm sure I can think of others but this one is a hoot!
My sentimental favorite (and one that has me in stitches every single time she does it) is when Lucy is trying to play matchmaker.
So Ricky tells her to stay out of it and of course she doesn't. So he takes the guy aside and tells him THE REAL STORY about married life, exaggerating it very badly of course. So he tells the guy they serve you a raw piece of bacon for breakfast. He goes into great detail talking about the breakfast, i.e., burnt toast, glass full of seeds for orange juice, etc.
The next morning Lucy fixes him the breakfast he described. When she gets to the piece of bacon she runs a lighted match up one side of the strip of bacon and down the other.
I lose it every time I see that scene. That was a classic!!
