A&E still has the rights to Night Court and NewsRadio.
Viacom (Nick/Nick@Nite, TNN, TV Land, etc.) still has the rights to Hangin' With Mr. Cooper.
ABC Family still has the rights to Growing Pains.
Nick@Nite loses the rights to Charles in Charge after May 25, no idea who will pick it up after this yet.
Oxygen will be airing Grace Under Fire soon, no idea when, but this fall seems likely.
TBS has The Parent'Hood until Fall 2007.

So all the shows that the networks still have the rights, but are not airing are just on hiatus for now or even for good. The only show you listed there that no one has the rights to anymore is Veronica's Closet I believe. I think USA Network lost it.

I hope "NewsRadio" comes back soon. I have every episode on tape, but I want it back for all the other "NewsRadio" fans out there. I wouldn't mind seeing Night Court again. That was a pretty good show.
