does anyone know how to make a colluage or change the outlook(to make it pretty and write on it) with pictures form the internet by doing making it on the computer? thankies

You'll need a programme like Picture Publisher or somesuch.
I used to have Picture Publisher and it ruled! Unfortunetly I had to get rid of it and I rue the day....... :(

No Problem

you can also use word or some type of program for making documents and you could cut and paste the pictures onto the page.

Everything on all my Websites are made by me in Adobe Photoshop. Now I have been getting into making Sim Skins in Adobe. Once you get the hang of it it's real easy. I taught a friend of mine how to make collages that all the pics blend together.. Adobe would be the best program to get if you don't have it.
