I saw the statue of Liberty in the opening credits which is in NYC-so my question is was Balki leaving the state of NY and looking at the Statue of Liberty for last time?

I think that symbolized Balki arriving to the us on ship from mepos.Next time you watch that season opening credits in the next scene or two,you will see Balki on a bus driving into Chicago.

the whole opening theme from those early seasons represents Larry Leaving Wisconsin to move to Chicago,and Balki leaving Mepos to go to chicago :D :D
