"Prospect Place" is a sitcom based on an idea for a screenplay that I had about the regulars at a bar in West Islip, New York.This is based on a real bar in West Islip, New York called Prospect Place and it was once called Trott Inn but the names have been changed to protect the innocent.Nelson Depree is the new owner and head bartender at Trott Inn which he renames Prospect Place.Bar regulars include wacky drunk Ronald,Spunky waitresses Caroline and Ivy,Opinionated Irish guy Franklin,Flamboyant actor Vincent,Witty black bartender Marlon and hard-as-nails former cop Conan.Nelson finds a love intrest in the lovely college student Amanda Christopher.
