What was up with the kids singing the Laverne and Shirley theme song with Laverne carrying a bag of groceries in the last season??? They could have deleted that part and went to simply "Making Our Dreams Come True". That theme song applied to both Laverne and Shirley when they sang "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Schmiel, Schumazel, Hausenpfeiffer, Inc." not to the kids singing. But when Cindy Williams left to have her baby what was there to do??? The main reason Laverne and Shirley should have stopped in the 1981-1982 season and with a final show of closure because I would think the producers would have to explain why Shirley was pregnant.

I ALWAYS thought the last season theme song was screwed up! I mean the screen says 'Laverne and Shirly' and yet all you see is Laverne and these kids that we don't even know dancing around! It was so dumb!
