Okay, I'm not sure if im an A T and T subscriber, (im a teen), my Mom says we're not.. well, last week, I voted anyway, and i got my votes through. ......so, if u r not an AT&T subscriber, and u vote, what happens? Does your vote get through, and you have to pay? or Does your vote not count?

I don't have AT&T either. It's okay. That's just who handles those particular incoming phonelines, I believe. They know full well that not everybody has AT&T and if it weren't going to be free for non A&T subscribers, they'd have to alert people to that fact. Can't just let people be surprised like that, especially since they know a lot of kids are voting that can get in trouble with their parents. You're safe, don't worry. We all are lol :)

Or at least I hope! lol Just kidding. I'm almost 100% positive ;)
