For those of you on the Petries & Friends group site, my absence will be somewhat explained. What a life I have had lately!!
For those of you here, I tell ya, I have MISSED ya!!! I havent even had cable lately to even be watching DVD and I wished I had my DVD fix. No tapes, nothing. This last move, after living there for 17 years, was MAJOR trauma. Sticker shock from the difference in 1986 Califronia Bay Area rents to 2003 Califronia Bay area rents....rents have TRIPLED to an insane amount and I had an awful time just FINDING a place at all, period. People havnet gotten just insanely greedy...they have gotten as equally snobbish about who they want their tenants to be...and they prefer those with several families all living together so they can afford this outrageous rents and if one family moves, theres always another right there to replace them. Its the most uncaring, heartless, greedy, shameful thing I have seen in all of my born days.
But, I am back. Dont know for how long, but here I is LOL

Ooh....BTW...Sassy is back. I read her post. No one has posted since before Valentines day. Hope everyone is okay? Maybe its just been a rough year for everyone?
