You KNEW I was about to post a topic about the world's greatest band!!!:cool: So a few minutes ago I was listening to KISW on their Double Shot Thursdays where they play two songs by an artist. So they had an Ozzy/Sabbath Double Shot where they played "Crazy Train" followed by "Sweet Leaf." HELLO!!!!!! OZZY AND SABBATH ARE TWO DIFFERENT ARTISTS!!!!!! They should've played TWO of Ozzy AND/OR TWO of Sabbath!!!!:mad:It's like 6 of one, half-dozen of the other!!!! Did they have to play Ozzy to "justify" playing Sabbath??? Excuse me, Black Sabbath DID have a career after they fired Ozzy!!!! Two words:
Ronnie James Dio!!!! Would they use the same justification for playing Van Halen and Sammy Hagar AND David Lee Roth??
All three had separate solo careers after VH--and David Lee Roth was a fool for firing Steve Vai and Billy Sheehan!!! Is it because of the supposed "satanic tag" that keeps Black Sabbath from being accepted more by rock radio?? THERE ARE TONS OF GREAT SONGS

I also noticed they played another "Ozzy/Sabbath" so-called double-shot. Ozzy with Primus playing a SABBATH COVER of "N.I.B." (What's wrong with the original N.I.B.??:confused:
Why don't they play that??) , then played Sabbath's "War Pigs."
Back about 10-15 years ago, they used to have a contest where if you heard less than a double-shot, you'd win $100. Some people would've been big winners last night if they still had that contest going on. Is KISW, the home of Howard Stern's show in Seattle, AFRAID of God's thunderbolts if they play "too much" Sabbath or Ozzy??:rolleyes:
