my list
1. The original evening gown she was shipwrecked in. Low cut and slinky.
2. That tight, green long gown.
3. The floral sarong with the bikini top.
4. The tight, white, sparkly evening gown.
5. The reddish, orange sparkly evening gown. (not worn often)
6. The off-white mini-dress with the rings that connect the top to the bottom. (again, you don't see this one often)
7. The dress she made out of Gilligan's duffel.

The orange/red knit gown she wore when she was bound to the rack. She also has a similar one that is pink she wears when the lion is on the island. Another great outfit is the leotard she wears when singing to Gilligan when he is injured by Mr. Howell's tie clip when the gorilla found the ammo

Got a thing for Ginger, huh acehoosier?!
How about all of her dresses after Mary Ann cuts them down when she thought she was Ginger. And how come Ginger's dresses were back to full length after that episode? We never got to see Ginger wear them short!

Her bathing suits. I think one was leapord skin pattern.
Her mini-dress that she had to wear after Maryanne cut all her dresses short when she hit her head and thought she was Ginger.

Don't actually have a REAL favorite, but maybe it's the long performing dress she usually wore.
Those miniskirts (also in the Sterling Holloway pegieon epsiode,as well as the aforementioned Mary Ann as Ginger episode) came pretty late in the show since Gilligan's Island had been in production largely before the miniskirt really started to take hold and come into its own here in the USA where, of course, most of the shows discusssed here were created and produced. (The Holloway "Pigoen and Giant Spider" and Mary Ann thinks she is Ginger ep.both aired in the last season and in the last year, 1967.
In 1964-66, when the show was in produciton many girls, even teenage girls, were STUCK with capris (whichb PATTY DUKE SHOW,going by a PATTY DUKE SHOW game box cover pictured in a book called 60s that I have by JOHN AND GORDON JAVNA and that which Mary Tyler Moore introduced as Laura Petrie earlier on the DICK VAN DYKE SHOW in 1961) or other pants or with the tradiitonal long knee-or ankle-length dresses--even the groovy kids in the British invasion formative years in US (1964-65)-ED SULLIVAN, AMERICAN BANDSTAND, and I would figure both SHINDIG (recall the FLINSTONES spoof thereof?) and HULLABOO still ahd teen chicks in long dresses-just not 1950s poodle skirts.:D
Funny thing is folks still think minis are hip while top me the longer the skirt the MORE timeless.and more better it looks on a girl (but I won't judge any of you gals by your dress shortness here..:D)
BTW An even MORE fun topic..the girls's HAIRDOS!
