Has anyone read the lovely bones by alice seabold? i just started it today and i love it. she's also written lucky, which i'm going to read next. i looove lovely bones.

I've read it too. It's such a good book.

I want to read it! But I can't find it at the library, and I'm not willing to pay full price for it.

It's a really good book. I was dissappointed, however, how the guy died. I thought it was a little...corny?

I have not read it yet but I plan to at some point. She got rave reviews for it.

If you dont want to pay full price for it you can try and find it on eBay. It will probably be a lot cheaper there.

i read it and 'lucky' last yr....it scared me a lot because the author went to my high school. A lot of the features of the schools in her books are the same (glass hallways, fields surrounding the school, etc)

these people came last spring because theyre thinking of doing a movie of it and may use the actual school.

i haven't heard of it. now i'm curious, so i'll probably check it out.

I bought it but haven't read it yet. I might do this assignment in my English class where we read a book and then write scenes as if it was a movie and I thought of doing this book since there wasn't a movie made on it. Thankfully it won't be started until after this thing is due. :lol:
