Anyone notice lately that the production of new episodes of Dexter's Lab and The Powerpuff Girls are really odd? I mean, it's like they got new animators or something because the drawings on both shows went from those dark, back lines to thinner ones, the houses and objects in the backround are a distoreted, and usually all the same color. They even spill over the line! Anyone else notice that or is it just me?

I've noticed too and I hate the new animation!! I know this is going to sound stupid but I hate it so much... when I see one of these episodes I just change the channel... because it's not the same with its original look.

Yea, I saw one last week I think? Right before AS. The animation was horrible though. Well at least I thought so. But yea, if you've ever seen Dexter's Lab, and seen the newer episodes compared to the older ones, well then that's what they've done to the girls.

Actually, as far as Dexter Goes, the crappy-drawn ones are the "Season 3's". There have been a grand total of, I think, two whole shows made that's considered "Season 4". They've fixed the anim.

As for PPG...I don't know

Oh. See, I should turn the TV on earlier. I stopped watching because they were all reruns I'd seen 6 times.

I hope that's true. This might sound stupid, but I really couldn't watch the show with that crappy animation. The reason why I liked it so much in the first place was because of the cool, dark line animation.
