Hey all! I've been lurking for a few months now and I finally decided to come out of the cracks and post.
Anyway, I just wanted to remind everyone that the rare I Love Lucy pilot episode will air tonight on TV Land. I'm not sure on the time but I do know it's after 10:00 P.M. Enjoy!

The pilot airs at 10pm eastern, 9 central. It's followed by the pilots of Hogan's Heroes, Get Smart, and The Brady Bunch.

The pilot that is airing on TVLAND is edited down. I have the one that the Disney channel aired years ago (The 1st special hoested by Lucie Arnaz) and it runs like 34 minutes. TVLAND has a 30 minute time slot plus commercials, so it's going to be edited down. When they air, I am sure that Ricky's extra long musical numbers will be edited down. (He had 2 songs that he sung). Anyway, enjoy. I hope this one has the animations.

Of course, we musn't forget that, before the pilot episode airs, TVLand will air one of their Inside TVLand specials. It will be a new one focused on "The Pitch". Interviews include Sherwood Schwartz, Garry Marshall, Ray Ramano, Carl Reiner, Eric McCormack (the Will (Truman) of Will & Grace for those who don't know) and Diane English. This is going to be, I'm sure, one of the greatest editions of those specials. I will be taping it and the pilot episodes. (I'm taping IT so I can watch Iron Chef USA, and I'm taping the pilots because.... they're PILOTS :-) I always tape pilots of stuff that air, even if it is a show I hate.)

Well, we were lucky. It doesn't appear that it was edited down. Hogan's Heroes started about 3-4 minutes late.

I also noticed that I Love Lucy started a minute or so early, because when I changed the channel to TVLand from UPN (before the Iron Chef USA: Showdown in Las Vegas credits even ended) it had already started. (I made a dumb mistake yesterday, though, I didn't get the Brady Bunch pilot (I already have it, so no harm done) or the Get Smart pilot. But, I am not that mad, because I don't like Get Smart that much.)

BTW, for those who missed it, it will be reairing in the Fandemonium at 9:00 PM on the 24th and 25th. I think it's the 25th, not sure.

ok good. i set my timer to tape it because i was out and it stoped tapeing before the show ended. so i missed some of it!
