View Full Version : Tonight's Episode on Fox
dawsongirl 03-30-2003, 09:56 PM I just watched The Simpsons, and while both that and Futurama are favs of mine, of the two, tonight's Futurama was a hell of a lot better. That whole documantary thing was just...kinda stupid. And Fox pays no attention to Futurama. SHAME ON FOX!!!
What did everyone else think?

I agree. (Well of course I do, that's why I like you. You're so agreeable. :D) The Simpsons is a good show, but it's run it's course. The episodes lately have been so stiff and nothing special. (Especially that 1800's reality show they were on. What were they smoking when they came up with that script. :barf: ) I loved tonight's episode, one of my favorites already. The gang just looked so adorable as kids......except for maybe Amy. Bender had braces? :rotflmao: And don't tell me that Bender as a kid wasn't the cutest thing you've ever seen. Especially the ears. ;) And Leela and Fry as teenagers going out. :D
Boo to Fox for giving Futurama the shaft. :thumbsdow
Czas na Zywiec 03-31-2003, 01:06 AM Ack, I screwed this up. Look at the post below.

Czas na Zywiec 03-31-2003, 02:48 AM Bender the rebel. Ahaha.....he cracks me up.
Czas na Zywiec 03-31-2003, 02:50 AM I got a little carried away, but I just want to bring this board back to life! It's practically dead.

Awww....
It's a good thing I saw that episode on Cartoon Network about Leela finding her folks or that whole part would have made no sense.

Agreed. But gee, Amy's dad was a little harsh. :bash:
And Bender turned into a CD-Rom disc!!

Dad: "Maybe she not grown up. But she sure grown out! She fat!"
Amy: "Dad, if you're gonna make fat jokes till I get cute again, I'm just gonna stay in my room!"
Dad: "Stay in room? You so fat, you gonna stay all around room. Hehehehehe."
And Bender.....aha, he was great throughout the episode. I'm surprised he didn't say anything as a child though. lol Can you imagine him as a kid with that mouth?
Poor Bender......here he is.......on CD. ;) You can't see the writing realy well, but it's the only screen cap that I could find of it.
Czas na Zywiec 03-31-2003, 10:30 PM Another quote from the episode.
Farnsworth: "Driving gloves, driving goggles, driving thong. There!"
Leela: "Uh, maybe I should drive."
Farnsworth: "Hehe, you? A woman? I'm trying to catch a monster, not find the quickest route to the mall!"
Can we say sexist?
