When I added a phrase for that game I also pointed out in my post that I really don't think we need to put "The next letter is t" or whichever letter it is. Well, either no one saw what I put or you all who put stuff after me disagree because you STILL put that. Well, if you didn't see it, I'm saying it now. It's totally obvious what the last letter is in the word! All of us here are smart enough to know that. I'm not trying to be pushy or rude at all, but I feel it's kind of stupid to say what the last letter is when it's right there! We're all pretty intelligent enough to figure it out. If someone CAN'T figure out what the last letter is without having to be told, then there's problems! If it helps you could do "beaveR" for example and capitalize the last letter.

Who Cares, What difference does it make? We don't criticize the way you make your posts. Let us post the way we want. That's how we have been doing it and no one else has complained. Geez.................

Gosh, I'm sorry. I guess it's not a big deal, but in my opinion I just thought it offended people's intelligence. I feel pretty stupid now. I definitely wasn't forcing you all to do that. Sorry, if I sounded like that. Keep playing it how you want to.

Did it really sound like I was criticizing you all?! If I did, I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to do that at all. I was just stating my opinion and how I felt. I didn't mean to criticize. Please forgive me.

Oh don't worry about it, It's ok, no big deal. If you notice towards the beginning of the game there were a couple mistakes that were made so maybe that's why we were posting the way we were. Just to make sure everyone knows what the last letter is. I for one was in no way trying to insult anyones intellegence but people do make mistakes. Sorry about jumping all over ya :) :)

I think it's just like an extra beat or something that makes it feel more official. It's like the old Geography game where you hand off the last letter to the next person. Also, sometimes, there's an explanation after the word and the last letter gets a bit lost.

I kind of like the "bookend" feeling of saying the last letter.

That's why I like to do it.

You have a point. It is kind of redundant to state the letter, although it does no harm if someone wants to emphasize it. I guess it should be optional.
