me and my friend were riding our bikes one day, and we went to Sheetz to get some pop. We had a coupon for a free coke if we bought 1. so Katie bought a Vanilla Coke. And since I bought our lunch. I could have 2. So I got a Diet Coke and a Diet Vanilla Coke. (Diet cokes are better than regular! YUMMY) So we had them in a Sheetz bag and it was on my Friend's handlebar as we were riding across the street cuz we were going to get an icecream cone and rent some movies. We were riding across the street not knowing the bag they gave us had a hole in it and my pop fell out and got hit by a damn car! that p*s*e* me off!I got the broken bottle & the bag and went back into sheetz and started yellin' at the lady at the register. They yelled at me and sent me back outside and said I couldn't come back that day. screw them. what would u do?

How is that "A Hilarious Story"? Sounds more like an asinine story to me.... go buy a new can of soda. A big whopping $1.09, if not cheaper. I know the whole concept of it was the soda falling out, but give the lady a break. I mean it's not like she laid in bed the night before and thought 'Hmmmmm, I'm gonna rip all the bags tomorrow' Christ...

Well, foist of all, I'd just say, "excuse me, but the bag you gave me had a hole in it and I dropped my cokes," and they'd most likely replace your purchases. I don't see why they wouldn't, unless they're jerks. But it helps to be nice to them. Same thing about Kelly's burrito incident. (Is a burro a King Size burrito?)
They really should replace them, as part of good customer service.
Like the saying goes, the customer is always right (well, within reason...). If they're just bum-wipes about it, shop elsewhere.
And tell others not to patronize their business!! :D

One time, I was at a coffee shop and ordered a coffee and bagel. It came and the coffee was barely warm. I said nicely that I paid for a fresh and hot cup of coffee and asked for a new one. The cashier said no, I had to pay for a new cup. I walked out and haven't been back.
