Amazon has revealed 20th Century Fox's TV DVD plans for Futurama: Volume 2 will be released on September 2nd, 2003!
EDIT: The caption in the title is meant to read Volume 2, not the complete second season.

This is weird. I'm pretty sure that the next DVD set is going to be out on August 12th. The cover art actually does say "Futurama: Season 2", not that it matters.

I'm almost 100% positive that it is the complete second season, because in Europe, they already have the complete first, second, and third seasons on DVD. Season 4 is going to be released around November or so, in Europe that is.

Futurama Vol. 2 is coming out on Aug. 12. I was wondering what was your favorite episode and why or what part of the Vol. 2 are you looking forward to the most? I'm looking forward to the extra special features, like the commentaries and deleted scenes.

According to amazon.com, it's now being released before Simpsons Season 3!
I luv the Simpsons and I'm buying that DVD too, but I just gotta say...

If your a fan of Futurama or family Guy, than you should already plan on buying the Family Guy Volume 2 DVD. But if money is a problem, you can go to http://www.foxstore.com and instantly save $10! Now you definitely have no excuses not to pick the DVD up. The set has 22 episodes on three discs, and also includes the unaired "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" episode, a bunch of uncensored material, and commentary from the creator of the show Seth MacFarlane! It's a must buy for any Family Guy fan, or anyone looking for a good laugh! It comes out September 9th!
