Amazon has revealed 20th Century Fox's TV DVD plans for King of the Hill: The Complete Second Season will be released on November 11th, 2003!

It says it'll include 23 episodes -- I think that means it'll be all the episodes from the season 2 cycle except the cliffhanger-resolving "Death of a Propane Salesman." (I think "Peggy's Headache," produced for season 2 but not shown until season 3, might be on the season 2 set but I'm not sure yet.) The extras are (I guess Mr. Judge just doesn't do audio commentaries):

Commentary on episode 5E07 (The Man Who Shot Cane Skretteburg) by Dale, Bill and Cotton

im getting more excited about this cause of this info. it has some great episodes. this set will be better then season 1.

King of the Hill - Season 2 hit the store shelves today, and for those of you not lucky enough to get it on street date, here is a scan of the enclosure:
