At 59.95 it's a bit steep for me (wish it was less), but I know somebody will be buying though. Is the TV Land watch worth the bucks?

View Full Version : Has anyone bought the watch? D&R 10-11-2001, 08:57 AM At 59.95 it's a bit steep for me (wish it was less), but I know somebody will be buying though. Is the TV Land watch worth the bucks? ------------------ ;) Have a nice day ;) dawsongirl 10-11-2001, 12:37 PM You know what I could by for 59.95? http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif Nah, I wouldn't buy it even if it was less. I like authentic Lucy memoribilia from the 50s better. RWCTV 10-20-2001, 11:00 PM I went on the TVLAND online store and everything is severely expensive. They even wanted thirty bucks for a Lucy mug. They also had a TVLAND watch with the watch part shaped like a TV set and that was eighty dollars. I think that if it was worth it, it would be made by Rolex or something. All they do is print a little piece of paper with the cast, buy a cheap watch and put that label over the plain one. Also with the authenticity, I can write a letter of authenticity and call it value. I think that if you really want the watch, wait a while and see if it goes up for sale on E-bay. ashleyyvonne 02-10-2002, 03:06 PM fossil has a really nice i love lucy watch it has a pic. of Lucy on the face of the watch but i really want but its 109$ but it comes with a braclet and a picture.... SoFl123 07-06-2002, 07:41 PM no. but i did get this one watch i regret getting, not cuz its not a nice watch, but i didnt really need the watch. i might sell the watch if i can replace a pin to make the arm band hook up so i can wear it again, since i fell. but i could just have stayed with my cheep watches, they all tell the same time. Does anyone want a nice watch? |
