Funnyman CHRIS ROCK gets political in 'Head of State,' a new comedy about a regular African-American guy who runs for president. Our own BOOKER sat down with Chris to get the lowdown on filmmaking, friends and fatherhood!

"I'm a big WOODY ALLEN fan," explains Chris about both acting in and directing the movie. "I thought, 'Hey, Woody does it, maybe I can do it.'"

Although Chris pulled double duty in the comedy, he makes sure to put family and his 8-month-old daughter first. "I'm lovin' bein' a dad, its the only thing I love," says Chris. "I like all this other stuff [in my career, but] I love bein' a dad.

"My favorite thing the baby does is say 'Da-Da.' Now, she points at the milkman when she says it, but she says it nonetheless," he jokes.

Chris' real life pal, BERNIE MAC, co-stars in the movie, in theaters Friday, March 28, as his brother and running mate who isn't quite on top of the political scene. But in real life, the star of "The Bernie Mac Show" keeps an eye on current events. "I keep myself abreast of everything that's going on around me," he says. "I'm just not a fan of politics."

Bernie does keep his eye on his beautiful co-stars CAMERON DIAZ, DREW BARRYMORE and LUCY LIU in 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle,' as he takes over the role of Bosley from BILL MURRAY.

"Every time they bent over, I was there," says Bernie with a smile. "I knocked things over just on purpose so I can get a glimpse. I might be on a diet, but I can read the menu. Oh lemme tell ya, that's some recipe!"

LOL@Bernie Mac checking out Cameron, Drew, Lucy bending over. Charlie's Angels 2 looks good. I've seen the previews. I posted a topic for Head Of State already but i do wanna check this movie out. I'll go see it next week. Robin Givens, Tamala Jones, Lynn Whitfield are also in this movie.

Edit: Everybody has fantasies, but we don't need to hear them.

I forgot to say Woody Allen is corny to me. I don't see how Chris likes him.

Hey, Isiahthomas, you need to learn how to play by the rules. Which are to have some class and respect on a board full of various ages and sorts. Use some common sense man. Use your imagination. Tone down your graphics!

I saw this movie today & it was good. I thought it was gonna be funnier than what it was but it was alright. I wish Chris Rock was president for real cause he was addressing some issues that the real president ignores. Bernie Mac was funny & Tamala Jones who was Chris's woman at the end of the movie is so cute. Robin Givens played a part she already knows how to play & that's a golddigger. She didn't wanna be with Chris when he lost his car & his job. Then all of a sudden he runs for president & she wanted to get back with him.

I wanna see this movie. I heard that Chris Rock modeled his character after Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, which I think is pretty cool. :D

It was funny when he goes "da roof is on fiya, da roof is on fiya" and everyone starts running and screaming because they think he means the roof is actually on fire! lol or when him and bernie mac are fighting, and bernie pushing him over the couch and he breaks the table and he's just laying there. Then bernie goes that's what you get, then chris says i'll get you back, I'm telling mama, then bernie goes you betta not! lol :D
