I am going to start a post here of Archie Bunker hosting his own talk show, simply titled the "Archie Show." On this show, Archie will interview classic tv characters, as if they were real people. What I would like other members to do is private message me with their suggestions for classic tv characters that they would like to see Archie interview. After figuring out the results, I will do Archie's first, of what I hope to be many, talk show episodes here at Sitcoms Online. And maybe from time to time, Edith, Mike, and Gloria might put in an appearance.

Archie: I need youse people's whattaya call assisterance to do this here thing.

Out of the four Captain Kirk, maybe, but definitely Rollo would be interesting for Archie to interview. It would be fun to have guest on his show whose lifestyles do not align with his values. Carol Brady would be too boring. She is an intelligent version of Edith a very dutiful wife.

...however, this is the list I submitted (if anyone;s interested).

1a.) Jessica Tate - from Soap
1b.) Benson - from Soap
2.) Mr. Ed (from the horse's mouth to the horse's...)
3.) Jamie Summers (the "Bi-centonnical Woman")
4.) Mr. T (from The A-Team, not Mr. T. and Tina)
5.) Fred Flintstone (Gloria once compared Archie to Fred.)

I am still going to follow through with my Archie talk show idea. I must aplogize that I have not already done so, but I just completed an arduous and tiring move; I am only now really getting back into any sense of normalcy.
