An IP is a code your computer has. Every Computer has a specific One, So your either the same person, Or living in the same house.

It is possible they have the same internet service. Other than that i cant find any explanation as to why they have the Same IP, Yet are both on the Online list. Even if they had 2 windows open, You can only be on one account at a time. And once you log out of an account your off the Online List.
