I heard that the Game Show Network is going to honor Lucy this week by airing her appearances on the game shows she was on. I don't know the times though, but I sure am looking forward to it!

I have heard nothing of this. I haven't checked things in the past 90 minutes, but I doubt anything has changed. GSN has made no press release saying it's going to do such thing, and I have heard from no one I know with friends within GSN about this, so I wouldn't count on it, sorry.

Really? I read it on another message board but I haven't checked into it. I will do that......

Oh, I know you're not makin' it up, I've heard from people to. I think it MAY be true, because today someone actually mentioned SHOWS. (These are regular viewers who just hear from, like you did, people who hear from people who...) Someone said GSN MAY be airing a full week of "Password Plus" and "Super Password" episodes featuring Lucille Ball. (This is about the only game show ya can really see her on :-) She loved the game, and Allen loved her.)

It is true! I saw the end of a commercial that said Lucy Honored or something like that. I didn't get to see what else it said because *someone* was flicking too fast through the channels!

She IS also on "Black and White Overnight". I am sorry that I said this wouldn't be on last night, but I only heard about it a few minutes ago, and am only NOW physically seeing it. GSN made no commercials advertising this, and no press releases of any sort were made. It wasn't until Steve Beverly reported it until I found out that they would have some of her black and white game show appearances.

Yikes! Guess I oughta cruise on over to Steve's site...

PPatters, you're wrong. GSN did have commericials saying this! I saw one myself, although I didn't see all of it.

GSN had commercials advertising a "Password Plus" and "Super Password" tribute, though I am almost POSITIVE they had no commercials advertising the black and white episodes airing. (They haven't even had commercials advertising BLACK AND WHITE OVERNIGHT yet, more or less advertising specific events on BLACK AND WHITE OVERNIGHT).
