Has anyone ever gone to six flags before? Is it fun? I'm going there fora end of the year field trip for school. They say if your on honor rolls you get to do more stuff than people who are bad that get into trouble. I heard it was really fun!

Ahh, that's no fair we never got a field trip like that. My sister's going there for the end of the year field trip, too. Ugh, we never got to go there when I was in 6th grade...evil ppl. Anyways, yeah I've been there 3 times before.

I guess it all depends on the one you are going to. I went to the NJ one in 99 after HS graduation and I thought it was awful, most of the rides were shut down, the food was really bad and expensive and it was so boring we had to be there for 10 hours and me, my cousin and my friend Nelly all ended up going back to the bus after a while while everyone else was out there.

I go to Six Flags Great Adventure (NJ) every summer, since its in my state. I love it. Except the food is pretty bad and its expensive, but other than that I like it. I love The Nitro, I think its the best roller coaster there.

I have a Six Flags in the city I live in. It's pretty fun although I don't do it that often because it is expensive.

Six Flags Great Adventure Rocks! I haven't been there in a long time though. We have Six Flags New England that's closer to us, in Agawam, MA. That one's pretty cool too.

I went with some girls from my church for the Kirk Franklin concert a loooooooooong time ago, like in 1997. We rode all the rides out there, it was so fun! I go to Bush Gardens now more tho. Even tho Six Flags is only 3 hrs away....

I go to the one in Buffalo called Six Flags Darien Lake. It's really not all that bad and every night it has a lazer show that's pretty cool. And the big roller coaster called the Superman? Whoa. LOL my sister, cousin, and friends when on it but I refused to. I'm a wimp lol:blush:

I used to have a season pass to Great Adventure. Most of the rollercoasters there are great. Also the drive through animal part is really awesome..the monkeys part.haha

Great Escape is cool, I wanted to go a couple years ago but never got around to it. I go every once in awhile. I think it is in Glens Falls, I don't know why I thought Lake George. There used to be one in Lake George called Gaslight Village. That was nothing compared to Great Escape and Six Flags.

Hey anybody know if Playland, in Rye NY, is still in business?
I've been there. Never been to Coney Island though.

Thats the one I have been too, its called Six Flags Magic Mountain. I have been there several times since it is only about 90 minutes from my house. Its pretty cool there, the food is good, although really expensive.. The rollercoasters are awesome especially the Viper and Batman.. I wouldn't ride on superman, when it comes to falling I am a wimp.

Yeah, I have been there several times. It really depends on which state you go to the Six Flags in. The bigger states will probably have more rides. Yes, its fun, but probably not as big as Disney World/Land ! I hope you have fun though, and I think that you will!:)

I thought they changed the name? I knew it was Magic Mountain but I thought it was changed to something else.
