Have We Come, To The End of Saturday Morning?

OK. Let me get this straight. I am now beginning to wonder if Saturday Morning television is the way it had been 10 years ago.
Yet only few cartoons are currently airing on Prime Time television on a network like FOX and shows that have been hits ever since they had been debuted.
"The Simpsons", "King of the Hill", "Futurama" and the just ended cartoon "Family Guy" have been enjoyed by millions over the years and have sold many merchandise and so on.
Yet back in the 1960s, all they had was great toons like "Scooby-Dooby-Doo", "Jetsons", "Flintstones", "Deputy Dawg", "Quick Draw Magraw", "Touche Turtle", etc.
And if those shows got cancelled, yet now in the future, they've been rerun on either cable networks, syndication and Saturday Morning network television.
And as I said in a previous column, shows have been hits. And as Nelson Muntz from the TV show "The Simpsons", "I lived by the zord, I died by the zord".
And you know something, I probably will NOT even think about doing that as time goes on.
And as they say, "You can do anything that your little heart desires." I'm beginning to wonder what the hell I can do.
And this was a short column after a friggin short vacation.
