Jack being the waiter in his own restarunt and he owned it-LOL. Why was Jack serving food wearing a suit?-LOL. Anyone else find this a bit weird?

Why was Jack serving food wearing a suit?-LOL. Well I don't know what type of restarunts they were-LOL. But i looked at a episode of Three's A Crowd last night and Mr. Bradford walked into to the Bistro and saw Jack clearing tables.
