View Full Version : LOL@Cleveland Beating The Nets
isiahthomas 03-24-2003, 08:59 AM Cavs beat the Nets last night in Cleveland 93-88. Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 29 points last night. Ricky Davis only had 4 points. Jason Kidd had 21 points & Kenyon Martin had 18. The Nets suck on the road. I think this is their 2nd time losing to the Cavs this yr.
°Bubbly Blonde° 03-25-2003, 08:47 PM I like the Nets but I think they sucked too....

If you take Jason Kidd off the Nets, they are the Cavs.
isiahthomas 03-26-2003, 05:00 PM Cleveland beat Golden State last night 124-103 in Cleveland. Ricky Davis had 28 points & Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 23 points & 14 boards. Good teams need to stop acting like they can't be beat by sorry teams.

The reason the bad teams are playing well is because they are playing for their jobs for next season. They want to still be playing in the NBA next season so i guess a lot of players know they need to step it up and play for their job. That's why teams like cleveland, atlanta, memphis, and denver are playing better-LOL. Cleveland beat the Nets, Denver beat Boston, Atlanta beat the Pacers, and Memphis beat Orlando. THEY WANT THEIR JOBS!!
isiahthomas 03-27-2003, 01:32 AM Milwaukee lost to Denver tonight 108-103 LOL. Milwaukee is a sad sight.

Yes with that lost, Milwaukee doesn't deserve to go to the playoffs.
isiahthomas 04-03-2003, 11:01 AM LOL@Ron Artest of Indiana shoving Ricky Davis in the 4th quarter last night. Ron has a personal vendetta against Ricky cause Ron said that Ricky thinks he's a better player than him. A fan threw a quarter at Ron yesterday & it hit Ron, so Ron threw his middle fingers up at the crowd LOL. The public announcer told the fans to stop throwing things at Ron. Ron got a technical when he threw up his middle fingers at the crowd. I think Ron is gonna get suspended for this incident last night by the NBA office. He's already been suspended 12 games this yr. That dude has some serious problems. He pushed his own teammate last night Austin Croshere when Austin tried to restrain Ron from going after the ref when he was hit for a tech. Indiana won by the way 103-82 LOL.

I haven't heard anything yet about him being suspended yet-
isiahthomas 04-06-2003, 10:40 AM Cleveland beat the Hornets last night 79-76 in Cleveland. Ricky Davis led the Cavs with 17 points. Jamal Mashburn had 23 points for New Orleans. I guess Cleveland is trying to avoid having the worst record in franchise history LOL. They're trying to finish the last few games on a strong note. They should've been playing well all season. They wait till it's a few games left & then start playing good LOL. Man they are a embarassment to my city. I read about Ricky Davis in a basketball magazine with Yao & Steve Francis on the cover recently. What's the name of that magazine Solomon?

I don't think i know the name of the magazine. But all the losing teams are finishing on a strong note-Cleveland, Chicago, Atlanta, Clippers, Denver and Memphis.
isiahthomas 04-06-2003, 10:59 AM I think the magazine is called Slam. The article inside about Ricky Davis is very good. I didn't know he moved around so much when he was young. He was born in Las Vegas but he also lived in Chicago & a few other places. He went to high school in Iowa & went to college in Iowa. He was probably the only black person at his high school LOL. Ain't no blacks in Iowa hardly. I'm glad to see Cleveland got him cause i know Charlotte & Miami feel stupid for letting him go. Pat Riley is already having doubts i read about letting him go. Ricky said he wants to stay in Cleveland. I hope he finishes his career here but they need to start winning real soon cause he'll eventually get tired of them losing yr after yr & demand a trade. Slam magazine also has a article inside about my hometown boy Earl Boykins of Golden State. Solomon u should check out this magazine when u go to the drug store, Walmart, Kmart or a bookstore. These places should have it.
isiahthomas 04-06-2003, 12:43 PM Cleveland plays the Wizards tuesday in Cleveland. I'll be watching that one. I hope the Cavs beat them. Milwaukee lost to Chicago last night in overtime 117-115 LOL. Milwaukee is sad sad sad. All that talent they got & they can't even beat Denver & the Bulls.

Even though Milwaukee lost a game the led by 19 in the 3rd, they still have nothing to worry about because the Wizards will not beat Boston and NY lost to the Clippers. So i think the Bucks just need to win two more games-
isiahthomas 04-06-2003, 12:51 PM I knew the Knicks weren't gonna make the playoffs anyway. They were too far behind to catch Milwaukee.
isiahthomas 04-10-2003, 10:32 AM Nets lost to Atlanta last night 97-92 LOL. The Nets are pitiful on the road, they're 16-23 on the road. Jason Kidd had a triple double with 23 points, 15 boards, 10 assists i think. Dikembe Mutombo hasn't done nothing since he came off the injured list. He only scored 3 points last night & had 3 boards. He didn't even get a blocked shot. Atlanta has a bright future. Jason Terry, Shareef Abdur Rahim, Glenn Robinson, Dion Glover, Theo Ratliff are a good nucleus. I didn't think Dion Glover was that good or Ira Newble. Ira started in Glenn's place last night & had 16 points.

Yeah the Nets were down 78-61 in the 4th and came all the back to tie the game at 90. And then lost . Nets are not going far in the playoffs.
isiahthomas 04-12-2003, 08:56 AM The Nets lost another one on the road last night to the sorry Bulls LOL. The score was 95-86. Jersey is sad. Kenyon Martin had 29 points & 6 blocks. Richard Jefferson had 17 points but nobody else did nothin. Jalen Rose had 23 points, Eddy Curry had 24 points, Jamal Crawford had 19 points for the Bulls. Jamal Crawford is the truth for the Bulls. This dude is very good. He's been playing very well lately at the starting point guard.

I don't think we can call them the sorry bulls no longer. The way they have playing makes you believe that next season will be much better for them. The bulls have beat the pacers, nets, and came close to beating the pistons and kings. The might even beat the sixers on tuesday night. What college did jamal crawford go to?
isiahthomas 04-12-2003, 09:03 PM Jamal Crawford went to Michigan

isiahthomas 04-13-2003, 07:51 AM Cleveland beat the Knicks last night in overtime in Cleveland 104-99. My main man Ricky Davis had 37 points. Latrell Sprewell only had 6 points hahahahahahahahaha. What is up with his scoring this yr?

Sprewell probably didn't feel the need to score a lot of ponts since the knicks are already eliminated from making the playoffs
isiahthomas 04-13-2003, 04:01 PM If Latrell would've been consistent in scoring the whole season, the Knicks might've had a chance to make the playoffs. Allan Houston was the only one who was consistent the whole season. Maybe they'll do better next yr when they get washed up bum Antonio McDyess back LOL.
isiahthomas 04-17-2003, 09:07 AM Nets lost to Indiana last night 90-83 in Indiana. New Jersey plays Milwaukee in the first round. This should be a good series. I hope Milwaukee beats them cause all Jersey got is Martin, Jefferson, Kidd, Kittles, Rogers, Harris. They should've never traded Keith Van Horn. People in Jersey say Keith choked in the playoffs last yr but he didn't choke. They can't blame it all on Keith. Everybody on the Nets played terrible against the Lakers in the finals last yr. Cleveland beat Toronto last night in Cleveland 86-76. Ricky Davis didn't play last night for some reason. Smush Parker led the Cavs with 17 points. Lenny Wilkens is gonna get fired i read by Toronto management. Lenny isn't to blame for Vince Carter & Antonio Davis & the rest of their players getting hurt all season long.

Did you hear the Nets placed Mutumbo back on the injured list? I guess they felt it was no where near ready. I will admit-He does kind of take up space on the court
isiahthomas 04-18-2003, 08:57 AM Mutombo is back on the injured list? LOL naw i didn't know that. That was a waste of a trade. He might as well retire. New Jersey don't really need him anyway cause they use Aaron Williams as their backup center behind Jason Collins. Did u see Cleveland Cavs new uniforms for next season? I saw them. They are ugly as hell. Go to cleveland.com & check them out. You're gonna laugh your ass off.
