I appreciate all the things Lucille Ball did for television. If it wasn't for her, The Brady Bunch, Mannix, or Star Trek would have probably never come about.
I appreciate that her own show set the standard for future sitcoms.
I appreciate that she has been a role model for actresses.
I appreciate that she made five excellent tv shows and the five are unique and special in their own way.
I appreciate that she has been called "The First Lady of American Television" and "The Queen of Comedy". I think those titles are really hers.
I appreciate all the positive things she did in her life that made an huge impact on other people's lives.

Well, I def. appreciate her for Star Trek. She's an excellent actress and comedienne.

Hey, someone needs to start a thread to appreciate William Shatner. :D

Oh Lucy is one of my favorites. I could watch the same eps of I Love Lucy over and over and laugh just as hard as if it were the first time I watched it.

What's w/ the appreciation threads?

But uh...I appreciate her for Hogan's Heroes. They filmed it at Desilu. Yeah.
